Andy is the Founder Director of Visku and Visku board member.

Andy has dedicated his career to supply chain and logistics. Amongst many achievements in the industry, he has led and implemented the strategy to integrate the supply chains of BHS and Mothercare. In 2018, he was the winner of the Lifetime Contribution Award for transforming young people’s lives in the supply chain sector.

He was one of the founders of Bis Henderson 23 years’ ago, starting with the recruitment business, and more latterly adding Bis Henderson Space and Bis Henderson Consulting, forming Bis Henderson Group, with Andy at the helm. With the launch of Visku, and Bis Henderson Recruitment forming an independent company, Andy is also Chairman of Bis Henderson Recruitment.

Stephen is Chief Executive Officer at Visku and Visku executive board member.

With his substantive experience within a range of retailers and manufacturers, Stephen leads Visku’s scale strategy, technology applications and operational excellence programmes to provide dynamic and robust solutions for customers and partners.

Stephen is a renowned industry expert with a strong track record in supply chain transformation. He has led international supply chain operations for leading FTSE retailers and manufacturers, and has held executive roles Marks & Spencer, Dunnes Stores, BOC/Linde, Unipart and more recently, at Flowtech, where he was Operations Development Director.

Justin is Chief Product and Technology Officer at Visku.

Steve is Managing Director for Visku’s warehousing services.

He joined Bis Henderson Consulting in 2014 before taking the role of Operations Director for Bis Henderson Space in 2016, and more recently Managing Director.

He has more than 25 years’ experience working for reputable organisations within the logistics and supply chain industry. His experience includes previous roles with Dematic and Wincanton delivering logistics solutions in the UK and around the world.

His industry expertise enables him to understand the challenges that leaders of supply chain organisations face to rapidly deliver effective solutions. Leading the warehousing services team, he creates more resilient supply chains for his customers, achieving their business growth and change plans, better utilisation of assets and strategic seasonal effectiveness.

Mark is Director of Consulting Services at Visku.

Mark has more than 35 years of extensive supply chain expertise, specialising in operational enhancement, business expansion, and consultancy services. With a wealth of experience in the 3PL domain, he adeptly navigates clients through the complexities of tendering. His versatility stems from cross-sector involvement, allowing him to approach challenges from diverse perspectives and deliver inventive and practical solutions.

Mark has spearheaded solutions design teams for prominent 3PL organisations like DHL and K&N. He has also managed operation support teams for key entities such as NHS Supply Chain, Booker, and Travis Perkins. In these roles, he has excelled in developing customer-centric solutions, offering implementation support, and driving operational improvements.

Mark’s has successfully led consultancy and solutions projects globally. Renowned as an expert in global supply chain re-engineering and technical solution design, he is dedicated to keeping solutions pragmatic and grounded.
